CHICKEN PROJECT 423-434 NWAMAKA’S ORPHAAGE HOME.

Learn how you can be apart of helping people who are in need with our Chicken Orphanage Project or our A Thrifty Mom Bag of Rice Project . In 2016 we started helping a young man named Ikechukwu from Nigeria. Summer of 2019 we were able to visit his family in Aba, Nigeria. While there we saw widespread poverty and lack of basic needs. We also met a young man named Isaac, smart and hard working but could not find employment. After talking a bit we found he had built a chicken coop and wanted to farm chickens. We asked him if he would raise chickens for us that would then be donated to feed children in local orphanages. The only food or supplies they get are what are donated, so they often go without any source of protein. We would like to invite you to help meet one of those basic needs, by providing Nigerian families with rice or chickens. This gift will feed a large family for a few months, or a single person a year. It also reminds them they are loved, and brings most of them to tears… as a full bag of rice is one of the most generous gifts they will ever receive. You can also read about other families we have been able to bless here. Chickens are only available to purchase as once they are big enough to butcher, so if you see they are out of stock he is in the process or growing another flock.

The following story talks about our visitation to Nwamaka’s Orphanage Home, chickens were donated, thanks to Cat Neiheisel, Molly Paris And Angelique Duplantis We donated Twelve (12) chickens. Thanks to generous donations

We’re very happy to visit the kids here like wise they are also happy to see us and this time as we got in here we met a woman who came with her daughter to visit the kids and also took a photo with them, play with the kids a little before taking her leave.

We try getting the kids ready for photo so one of the kid then run out with much happiness came around the chicken and hold the cage, it’s been a while now she ate Chicken meat so as she saw us, she was very happy that they are going to eat chicken in there food that will be prepared for them now we brought chickens for them and that makes me very happy because i know we have at least put a smile on someone’s face this day.

What a caring mother, we met her caring the baby at her back and is like the baby was crying ? that’s why she was caring the baby at first.

Front and Back view of the kids, the all were happy to see us that we have bring to them meat to eat from there food, meat that will at least make there food to be more reach, both there mothers were equally happy and they appreciate it and blessings was pronounce to us and all Generous Donations that it is only the Lord that will bless and replenish it all from any source in which it’s coming and may the Lord bless each and every one of us and all Generous Donations.

After the photos and so on the kids then took the chicken to one of there Bathroom to keep them there were they will be save and out of over joy they want to do it themselves and the were happy doing it, all of then joined hand together and take the chicken inside and start to bring them out of the cage one after the other and putting them in until all is finished from the cage and were done, then we retired back home.
