CHICKEN PROJECT #867-889 SEVENTH DAY ADVENTIST ORPHANAGE HOME.

Learn how you can be apart of helping people who are in need with our Chicken Orphanage Project or our A Thrifty Mom Bag of Rice Project . In 2016 we started helping a young man named Ikechukwu from Nigeria. Summer of 2019 we were able to visit his family in Aba, Nigeria. While there we saw widespread poverty and lack of basic needs. We also met a young man named Isaac, smart and hard working but could not find employment. After talking a bit we found he had built a chicken coop and wanted to farm chickens. We asked him if he would raise chickens for us that would then be donated to feed children in local orphanages. The only food or supplies they get are what are donated, so they often go without any source of protein. We would like to invite you to help meet one of those basic needs, by providing Nigerian families with rice or chickens. This gift will feed a large family for a few months, or a single person a year. It also reminds them they are loved, and brings most of them to tears… as a full bag of rice is one of the most generous gifts they will ever receive. You can also read about other families we have been able to bless here. Chickens are only available to purchase as once they are big enough to butcher, so if you see they are out of stock he is in the process or growing another flock.

THE KIDS PLAYING ROUND AND ONE EATING A DONUT PREPARED FOR THEM.

They all where so much busy, because they where doing a little clean up inside where they do store some of the items brought to them by visitors who do come around to see the kids and some that do come to Adopt a child they like more especially the newly born baby that has not grown that much to go train as there own child but we were been welcome with much thanks and joy in there face because this December is gonna be full of enjoyments for the kids as they will have much chickens in their food.

A VISITORE CARRYING ONE OF THE LITTLE KID.

Here we have one of there visitor who came to visit the kids and then carrying one of the kid but not too sure if she has come to Buy the child or not, they do have more of the little kids here and people do come around to Adopt them too, so they do need much of the babies supplies here too due to the little kids here.

AFTER ALL.

We couldn’t take a photo of the kids here because we only have the small once around and they were all playing, the grown up once weren’t around so we allow them while we just take pics of them playing and waling about as it is there free time to play, so they should use it.

We lost two of the chickens along the way while coming down here and they don’t like chicken that died using its hand aside from some one killing it by his or her self, so they then received the remaining 21 out of 23.
