I am happy to see this coupon back… Target and Walmart have then normally around $1.00 a bag so only $.70 after coupon.
In the past I have matched this coupon with Walgreens instore coupon or Albertsons twice the value coupons and gotten them for $.50 a bag 
I had a little boy in my Church class last year that was on a gluten free diet so I would always buy these for his special treat.
