Free Water Fitness Classes and Breakfast!!
Larry Gebert with channel 7, will be at the Caldwell YMCA on Thursday Sept. 9th for a live broadcast to promote an upcoming Water Fitness Expo.
If you are willing to participate in a Free Water Fitness class on August 9th…THURSDAY…..
We have 4 class times available that need filled.
You will need to be at the Y 15 minutes before class starts to change/belt up and get in the water. Each class starts on the hour and will be about 45-55 minutes
Times are: 5am, 6am, 7am, 8am
Also there will be a free pancake breakfast following for those who workout.
This is a great opportunity to promote our community and the Caldwell YMCA, and declare yourself a Local TV Star.
