Quick and Easy~Chicken Brunch Ring…Perfect appetizer for New Years!

1st photo ingredients

Supplies:
2 Chicken Breasts cooked and shredded

6-8 slices of bacon
1 green onion sliced
½ cup of mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon of mustard
½ cup of any kind of cheese (you do not have to use cheese)
2 packages of Crescent rolls
Pizza Pan (found at the dollar store- You can use any pan.  It is easier to form the circle with a pizza pan)

bacon uncookedSlice bacon into small pieces (this makes it easier when needing smaller pieces)
Place a napkin on a plate
Place bacon on the napkin
Cover the bacon with another napkin
Microwave for 1-2 minutes (depending on your microwave)
Bacon cookedThis is what the bacon should look like!
I love that the napkin absorbs all the grease.
Cookied chickenCook the chicken.
Shred the chicken.
mixtureCombine all the ingredients in a bowl.
cresents 1Open the crescent rolls.
(Keep refrigerated until you use them-they are easier to handle when cold)
Place one package (8) in a circle with the triangle point faces outward.
cresent 2The 2nd package of crescent rolls (8) are laid the opposite way.
3 cresentThe way it should look!
mixture with cresentAdd mixture around the ring.
Pull overPull over the points of the triangle to the opposite side and tuck in a bit.
before bakingThis is how it should look.
after bakingBake at 375º for 15-20 minutes.
Slice where there is a break in the bread.
Delicious and Simple!
