My daughter asked for a grapefruit for lunch. I cut one in half for her, gave her both sides and asked her to share half with her brother. I was doing dished and turned around to see this….. they were both sucking on half to get the rest of the juice out. I laughed and said, Why don’t you each just have your own half?
My 5 year old just looked at me, ” Well MOM you said to share…. so I did”
