About Us

I am a stay at home mom with four wonderful kids. I have been married for over 10 years to my best friend. I am head over heels in love with him. He always supports my crazy "thrifty adventures". We have a lot of fun together.

I was raised on a small dairy farm. Where I learned very young, the value of hard work and how to be thrifty in all areas of life. Growing up our meals were made from scratch. Only on special occasion would we get name brand cereal, chips, or any other fancy treats. Now that I am a Mom with my own budget, the basic foods always comes first. I too make most of our meals from scratch and take pride in feeding my family a well balanced healthy diet.

I enjoy seeing how far I can make our budget stretch, and when I take the time to match sales with coupons I am able to get all those "fun & fancy" items that would other wise be out of my budget. Being thrifty has always been a way of life for me, but it has also become a real joy.

ok, disregard my earlier post, I can’t add.

Marci, the children’s activity book, you buy once, and you get to keep the coupons for all transactions you may ever do up until it expires. Like today I did this transaction twice (I already had the book from a previous purchase), the first transaction, she scanned this coupon and it took off $4.00 and then I did it again for a second transaction. (don’t worry, there were still plenty of diapers after I left!) and she gives me back the coupon to use again (I think it’s similar to the way the walgreens ad coupons work.)

Don’t you have to pay for the coloring book, and in this deal it would be 4 coloring books at 99 cents a piece, so tack on 4 bucks at the end. Still a good deal.

will the $5 off $25 work if you have to hand the walgreens coupon to them last?(won’t the total be below 25???)

I have printed the coupons except for the 1.50. didnt see those, do i need to use a different zip. thanks for the bargain, if my walgreens works with me on this, I might start shopping there again

  • Does anyone else not see that 1.50 coupon on the second printable?

For some reason for me it is just not there!

    Thanks all!
