my mother would make stuffed chicken breast, with the cheese and other ingredients stuffed under the skin and baked. tried it but never worked for me…but i am not a real cook and dont like to cook, but my mother was a great cook, made everything…never anything out of the box…she would spend days making food for the high holy days…
i like the lite baby bell cheeses, i am always looking at light, low fat cheeses, low sodium,. i dont know the name of the cheese but there was a cheese i loved that had dried veggies in it. i like the cheeses that have fruit infused in them as well.

and I ate my cheese board before I could pin it… sorry.
and for a dish… take a chicken breast, pound it out to a 1/2 inch thickness, put a layer of pepper jack, then some sliced red bell peppers, roll it up, wrap it in pepper bacon, use toothpicks to keep it all together and throw it on the grill.
Smoked gouda… cuz it is gooooood.
