We used something similar to this when my son was an infant (the nose Frieda.) It worked so much better than the bulb sucker and was a lot more gentle on his nose. It isn’t as gross as it seems.

You can’t clean the bulb, it gets filled with mold, irritates the nasal passage.. They are awful. Haven’t used this but the nose Frieda is a amazing!! The boogers get no where near your mouth, it gets far more out than a bulb can, sits at base of Jose so doesn’t irritate the passage, it can be sanitized.. So much better!

Gross. I almost threw up a little reading this! I used the blue bulb booger sucker, that was bad enough lol

I always wanted one of these. I had the hospital one and a machine operated one, but he got really sick a few times as an infant and when those wouldn’t work I used my mouth. It was disgusting and I wanted to throw up. But I’d do anything to make my baby feel more comfortable, especially when he is sick and can’t breathe and is miserable.

I use one. My baby doesn’t like it but they do work good and it’s not gross like you would think.

No, no I wouldn’t. I do have a battery operated one I will use, though.

  7. I have one I got in Hungary that hooks on to your vacuum and uses the vacuum suction!
