We have had alot of comments about sweet potato fries, that we thought we would repost this:
I, Ingard, really like sweet potato fries and ketchup just doesn’t seem to go with them, nor does ranch, or honey mustard, nor butter. When I ordered sweet potato fries last summer at a restaurant, they were served them with this sauce called ‘trashy sauce’. This sauce was so yummy I asked our waitress what was in it, she told me she would tell me if I could guess the three ingredients. The game began. 
So I am sharing this with you all no game involved and it is so simple!
I made it at home today and this is what I used for a single serving:
- about 1 heaping Tablespoon of sour cream
- about 1 teaspoon of vanilla
- about 1 teaspoon of brown sugar
- mix well and then DIP!
