I get emails all the time asking me for the Egg Roll Recipe I posted a few months back.  I guess some of you are having a hard time finding it.  So I thought I would post the links again.  Hope you enjoy making them!

I always make egg rolls with different ingredients. I use taro root (shredded), dried vermicelli noodles, ground pork, onion, salt,ground black pepper. You can buy these at any Asian store. I also use the Asian egg rolls wrappers. It is more crunchy than the one at Walmart.


I just cooked these yesterday. They are wonderful!


I love this recipe. I have fully cooked mine, then frozen them and re-heated in the oven on a piece of stoneware and they turn out beautifully espeically if I only need to cook one or two at a time.


Thank you so much for posting this! We are only a family of 3 right now, with only 2 of us old enough for solids. :-) Do they freeze well? If so, would you freeze them cooked or uncooked?
