Butterscotch Sweet Rolls
- 1 c. nuts and 1/2 c. coconut ~ mix and spread in buttered bundt pan
- Place 24 Rhodes dinner rolls on top of above mixture.
- Mix & drizzle on top of rolls:
- 1 small box “cook” Butterscotch Pudding powder (Not Instant! ! !)
- 1 cube melted butter – (1/2 cup)
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- chopped pecans (optional)
~Cover with plastic and let stand overnight to raise.
Bake @ 350 degrees for 20-30 mins.
Turn pan upside-down onto serving plate. Let set so gooey stuff will drip over rolls & it will also keep them warm until ready to serve.
