Need an idea for a finger food for an upcoming party?  I like make little brownie bites.  You can take a plain box of brownies and jazz them up a bit, and make different kinds of brownies.

IMG_0246I like to make 5 different brownie bites by adding these to the top, White Choc. Chips, Peanut butter chips, Choc. Chips, Coconut, and chopped nuts.

IMG_0247I like to use the Mini muffin baking pan.  Spray them with a little oil to help prevent sticking.

IMG_0248Fill them with the brownie batter, then add the topping .  You will need to cut the baking time, because they are so small.  Each oven will vary, but normally about 13 mins at 350 degrees.

Sorry forgot to take a photo of them after they were baked.  They went quick!

What did you put in the muffin tin before you put the batter in? They look like cupcake liners but do they make them small too?

They are little liners that are made for chocolates….get them at any craft store

These look delish! I am almost ashamed to say this, lol, but as the BoxTops coordinator for my son’s school – Don’t forget to snip off the Box Top and send it in :) It’s worth a dime to the school. They really add up!

Hey Sarah-
Do you shop at Food Lion? If you do I would like to get your address if you do not mind. I just got coupons in the mail for free stuff at Food Lion (bag of Folgers coffee, bag of Nestles chips, and a bottle of 7up). I do not know why they sent them to me the closest Food Lion is like 4 states away. You have saved me so much I wanted to see if you wanted them. If not I would not be offended but I do not want to throw them away (maybe the address of someone that can use them if you can not)

Thanks!

Great idea! These will be great little desserts for Christmas for the kids, though I’m sure they won’t be the only ones eating them.
