What do you dip your sweet potato fries in?

I, Ingard, really like sweet potato fries and ketchup just doesn’t seem to go with them, nor does ranch, or honey mustard, nor butter. When I ordered sweet potato fries this summer at a restaurant, they were served with this sauce called ‘trashy sauce’. This sauce was so yummy I asked our waitress what was in it, she told me she would tell me if I could guess the three ingredients. The game began. :)

So I am sharing this with you all no game involved and it is so simple!

I made it at home today and this is what I used for a single serving:

  • about 1 heaping Tablespoon of sour cream
  • about 1 teaspoon of vanilla
  • about 1 teaspoon of brown sugar
  • mix well and then DIP!
