As you know De Wafelbakkers Pancakes are one of our families favorites.  They are a quick and tasty breakfast solution  but taste just as good as a made from scratch pancake.  Now let me just say most  frozen pancake I have had are a rubbery sad excuse for a breakfast food.  But De Wafelbakkers Pancakes are different, these frozen pancakes are  light and fluffy, melted in your mouth, and  have a buttery flavor…. way better than anything I make at home.  These pancakes are delicious!

WinCo just started caring  the large De Wafelbakkers bags of 24-80 count for $2.89 (on special) to $3.09 (every day), makes them $.03-$.12 per pancake.

 Walmart has the large De Wafelbakkers bags of 24-80 count for $3.50, makes them $.04-$.15 per pancake.

The 80 count are the mini pancakes perfect for little hands (as seen in the photo above) my kids love to dunk them in the syrup.  To  heat them all you have to do is pop them in the microwave for about 30 seconds and you are ready to enjoy a hot breakfast.  Keep an eye out for these in your local store and pick up a bag for a quick and delicious breakfast.

    As a young mom and college student, quick easy breakfast is a must!  Will be picking up a bag when I head to WinCo today.  My favorite way to eat pancakes is with butter and a little sugar.  Fold it in half then eat!  The way my Grandma taught me.

    We love these pancakes and I was excited to see them at my local Winco this week!  We’ve been purchasing these at another large retail chain – but I’ll be getting them from Winco from now on.  My hubby’s favorite pancake topping is when I toast some walnuts, and add butter letting it brown.  Then I add in some bananas and brown sugar, and heat until the sugar is all combined in – Dee Lish!

    I have never tried De Wafelbakker pancakes and usually buy Eggo waffles frozen for the kids during the week.  On the weekend, I make my own with Krusteaz pancake mix.  My five kids love sunday morning, which is also known as pancake morning in our house.  We always have several options for toppings since everyone likes something different.  Syrup and butter, Cool Whip and mini chocolate chips, peanut butter and Smucker’s strawberry jam mixed together is a favorite, although right now, the kids are really liking the cinnamon and suger dusted cakes that I top with a dollop of jello cream cheese pudding!  Because the kids get tired of the Eggo waffles, I don’t buy them all the time, but if the De Wafelbakker pancakes are as good as my Sunday cakes, my kids would be more than willing to be done with those frozen waffle-pucks.  I plan on getting some to try on my next WINCO shopping trip!  🙂

    Yummy Hot Maple Syrup poured after three or four bites of deliciousness and the syrup not soaked in, but lazily sliding down my stack of cozy, comforting fluffiness inside, yet toasty, crisp crustiness outside with lots of butter permeating the tower of delight. Not tried De Wafelbakkers Pancakes, but on my upcooming shopping list.
