Minion Craft Project ~ How to make a Minion out of theatre candy #Minions

We made these Minion Candy wrappers for a movie night party. They turned out so cute, they would also be great as a gift matched with a gift card or a pair of movie tickets. Or just as a party favor. Either way this quick and easy craft project is sure to make your kids smile…. after all MINIONS make everyone happy right?

We made them out of all different sized movie theatre candy. So I don’t have exact measurements as each one you make will be slightly different. To make these you will need:

Yellow card stock
Blue card stock
Black cardstock
Black sharpie marker
Glue
Wiggly eyes
Scissors
Cut two strips of yellow paper, both the width of the box of candy. One of them wrap around the full side, bottom and half the front of the box. The other strip cut about an inch longer than the height of the box, round the edges to form a “minion” shaped head. Glue both these onto the box.

Cut a blue piece of card stock the width of the box, and about 1/3 of the height of the box. Use the black paper to put a strip on for the eyes, and hair. Glue the wiggly eyes on, and draw a mouth on with the sharpie. Quick as that you have an adorable little minion that is ready for the party.
