St Patrick’s Day Crafts For Kids ~ Leprechaun Binoculars
I love my kids to use their imaginations and play. Every year for St. Patrick’s Day my kids build traps to try and catch the little Leprechauns, but they are really clever and always escape. Today we made Leprachaun Binocularas, so they could help spot the tricky little leprechauns. They played for a few hours with these silly rainbow colored binoculars, and had a ball! I hope your kids enjoy them as much as mine did.If you would like to make your own this is what you will need:
- 7 Colored strips of flet (or colored paper) cut into 1 inch strips
- Hot glue or tacky glue
- 2 empty toilet paper rolls or 1 paper towel roll cut in half
Glue the toilet paper rolls together, so they look like a pair of binoculars. Wrap your fabrics strips around them, in a rainbow pattern and then glue into place. Easy as that you have your very own pair of Leprechaun Binoculars. Now toss those silly kids outside to play in the backyard and watch them enjoy their new creation.
You can watch how to make them on a fast and easy DIY video here.
