One of Thrifty friends sent this in to us last night:
I saw this at Walgreens today and thought you might be interested.
4-packs of Energizer batteries are on sale for 2.99 with a coupon from the W/G weekly ad. Not a great price, BUT
-each pack had 50cent coupon peelies
-there is a rebate promo in the SuperSaver for $15 rebate when you buy 3 packages of Energizer batteries.
SO–I pd 7.50, but I get $15 back!
I’ve done couponing on and off, but am just figuring out how to make it really work. I was pretty proud of myself for this one! =)
