Baymax Tshirt With Template
We are big fans of Big Hero 6 around here! It is such a great movie. Especially Baymax. He is too cute!
My son just turned 7 so I decided that this would be such an easy shirt to make for his birthday party.
You will need:
white t shirt
black fabric paint
sponge paint brush
piece of cardboard to put between the layers of the tshirt
vinyl, freezer paper, or something else to cut a stencil from, preferably see through unless you are using a cutting machine.

If you have a craft cutting machine, it would work great for this. If not, it should be easy enough without it. I know that I talk about my machine with several posts, but I love it so much and use it all the time!
Here is the template. Just print it out on a sheet of paper.
Now, if you are using freezer paper or something see through, you will just place that on top of your template.
If you are using a cutting machine, you can simply trace the above image.
To use the freezer paper method, trace the image on to the sheet and cut out the black parts. You will want to use an exacto knife or something. Make sure that you have an edge to your sheet. You will be keeping the white part, opposite of what you would think. You can then place it on your shirt and press down.
Now you will use your black fabric paint and dab it on with the sponge brush. You don’t need very much. Dab it on in up and down movement, don’t brush it on because it could spread under the stencil.
Let it dry for a bit, but don’t wait until it dries all the way or it will be hard to get it off. Let it dry fully before you try to wear it.
There you go! Now you have a t shirt perfect for your Baymax fan.
