CHICKEN PROJECT 14-25 VISIT TO NGWA ROAD MOTHERLESS BABIES HOME

Spread the love

Learn how you can be apart of helping people who are in need with our A Thrifty Mom Bag of Rice Campaign. In 2016 we started helping a young man named Ikechukwu from Nigeria. Summer of 2019 we were able to visit his family in Aba, Nigeria. While there we saw widespread poverty and lack of basic needs. We would like to invite you to help meet one of those basic needs, by providing Nigerian families with rice. This gift will feed a large family for a few months, or a single person a year. It also reminds them they are loved, and brings most of them to tears… as a full bag of rice is one of the most generous gifts they will ever receive. NGWA ROAD ORPHANAGE HOME FROM THE GATE ENTRANCE

This was our second visit this day and it was a little stressful to get here because we almost missed the road so we have to make a call for more direction to get to the place, the road was occupied with much vehicles and also bad road, on getting to this place we were welcomed by the Ladies in charge of the home, we discussed with her and told her of our mission and what we brought for the kids of which she was happy but another issue here is that they don’t allow people taking pictures with the kids that we can only be allow to video or take a picture of the things in the babies home, we tried to help her understand that this does not come from us that we’re only an instrument to deliver the message given to us but no so we managed to take the once we an take.

THE KIDS PRAYING FOR THERE VISITOR

This are the kids praying for the Lady that brought some gift for them, so when a visitor comes the kids would love to pray for the person if the person wants them to, they are so loving and always happy seeing people around them all the time.

PICTURE OF THE CHICKENS IN THE CAGE

So this is how were able to take the pictures delivering the chickens to the orphanage home which we respected there policy to avoid any embarrassment or any form of inconvenient.

This is one of us saying hi to the little baby girl playing on her bed and one of the Nurse standing by, the baby is very beautiful, loving, she doesn’t disturb as far as you give her what she wants at that particular point in time, I was even about to carry the baby along side with me, laughs, I realized that this was an orphanage home the baby keep looking at us while we say bye to them.
This shows there sitting room were by if a visitor comes in, they meet with the people in charge of the home and you presenting what you have for the kids then if the kids are not out they go inside to call the kids to come say hello to you and thanks for the gift which you brought for them.
This is the front view of the Orphanage home and that is the nurse walking inside the house after carrying some of the gifts inside.
