Learn how you can be apart of helping people who are in need with our A Thrifty Mom Bag of Rice Campaign. In 2016 we started helping a young man named Ikechukwu from Nigeria. Summer of 2019 we were able to visit his family in Aba, Nigeria. While there we saw widespread poverty and lack of basic needs. We would like to invite you to help meet one of those basic needs, by providing Nigerian families with rice. This gift will feed a large family for a few months, or a single person a year. It also reminds them they are loved, and brings most of them to tears… as a full bag of rice is one of the most generous gifts they will ever receive. The following story is about QUEEN ESTHER’S ORPHANAGE HOME, our coming to this orphanage home was not that stressful because we haved been here before, everything went smooth, and chickens were donated, Thanks to Vanessa Ellis, Natalie Mallozzi, Consuelo Medero, Melissa Silver and Abigail Campbell. We were able to give away fifteen (15) chickens . Thanks to generous donations.
As a visitor we were asked to sign putting your NAME AND PHONE NUMBER which we did, the kids came to us and they all were happy for what we brought for them.
This was when it was brought inside there home, there nursing mothers was so excited both the kids .
This was when the photos of the kids and the chicken was taking. As we were about, going the kids said we should have a prayer together. The song is praise and worship.
