CHICKEN PROJECT 33-42 QUEEN ESTER WOMEN OUTREACH MINISTRY REHABILITATION HOME, ORPHANAGE HOME AND CARE CENTER.

Learn how you can be apart of helping people who are in need with our Chicken Orphanage Project or our A Thrifty Mom Bag of Rice Project . In 2016 we started helping a young man named Ikechukwu from Nigeria. Summer of 2019 we were able to visit his family in Aba, Nigeria. While there we saw widespread poverty and lack of basic needs. We also met a young man named Isaac, smart and hard working but could not find employment. After talking bit we found he had built a chicken coop and wanted to farm chickens. We asked him if he would raise chickens for us that would then be donated to feed children in local orphanages. The only food or supplies they get are what are donated, so they often go without any source of protein. We would like to invite you to help meet one of those basic needs, by providing Nigerian families with rice or chickens. This gift will feed a large family for a few months, or a single person a year. It also reminds them they are loved, and brings most of them to tears… as a full bag of rice is one of the most generous gifts they will ever receive. You can also read about other families we have been able to bless here. Chickens are only available to purchase as once they are big enough to butcher, so if you see they are out of stock he is in the process or growing another flock.

The following story is about the QUEEN ESTHER WOMEN  OUTREACH MOTHERLESS BABIES HOME MATERNITY AND CARE CENTER, these chickens was donated thanks to Laura Paylor, Carol Chrisolm And Pamela Franks. We were able to give away 10 chickens. this is the fourth visit and we gave away chickens 33-42 thanks to generous donations.

This was our last visit for now

THIS IS THEIR HOME AND LOCATION

All our journey was successful and not too difficult to locate which is in  number 1 NWALA STREET OFF 56 FAULKS ROAD ABA,  ABIA STATE, NIGERIA.

On our getting to this orphanage home, we were received with love but it  wasn’t funny at first, we introduce ourselves and of our visitation then  asked how many was the children in the building. The lady was like why are you asking how many they are, I laughed, funny one but serious so  we calm her down and told her why we were asking how many they are  was to know in case we are getting them something different,  but we’re allowed to take them pictures this time around also.

THIS IS THEIR ROOM WERE THE KIDS DO SLEEP

On seeing what we brought, she was like WOW very surprise and short of words, they were all happy to see people bringing in live chickens, not one  or two but in a big quantity and seeing that smiles also gives us that joy that at least we have done some good works , it’s also good to do good to them  that are in need of our help with the little we can do to also bless or help  our heavenly father’s children here on earth. It was a good experience to see that we have people like this, thousands of  them and we still have good  people who also cares more about them them also because some of the his  children will or may turn to good leaders tomorrow who can make things  better in future.
