CHICKEN PROJECT 353-362 QUEEN ESTHER’S ORPHANAGE HOME.

Learn how you can be apart of helping people who are in need with our Chicken Orphanage Project or our A Thrifty Mom Bag of Rice Project . In 2016 we started helping a young man named Ikechukwu from Nigeria. Summer of 2019 we were able to visit his family in Aba, Nigeria. While there we saw widespread poverty and lack of basic needs. We also met a young man named Isaac, smart and hard working but could not find employment. After talking a bit we found he had built a chicken coop and wanted to farm chickens. We asked him if he would raise chickens for us that would then be donated to feed children in local orphanages. The only food or supplies they get are what are donated, so they often go without any source of protein. We would like to invite you to help meet one of those basic needs, by providing Nigerian families with rice or chickens. This gift will feed a large family for a few months, or a single person a year. It also reminds them they are loved, and brings most of them to tears… as a full bag of rice is one of the most generous gifts they will ever receive. You can also read about other families we have been able to bless here. Chickens are only available to purchase as once they are big enough to butcher, so if you see they are out of stock he is in the process or growing another flock.

The following story talks about our visitation to QUEEN ESTHER’S ORPHANAGE HOME, chickens were donated, thanks to an anonymous donor, Nikki Dyer, Kami Webster And Tia Cherry. We donated TEN (10) chickens. Thanks to your generous donations.

This shows our arrival to Queen Esther’s orphanage home, the road wasn’t that good due to bad road couple with rainfall, although we didn’t go with a personal Car but on a public Trance which was been chartered or payed for to carry out the donations and this is there sign post and this place the kids are staying is there own School and we went during there closing hour.

ME AND MY NEW FRIEND

Each of the orphanage home i go, i do have a friend and this kid is one of them, on getting inside i saw him and he allowed me to carry and take a photo with him, he has not yet start school yet but can be with them inside like those other kids in the basic class, the baby doesn’t disturb that much and very afraid of the chicken when still alive but when been killed and prepare with there meal, he can eat for Africa, Hahahaha, Smiles, it’s a good and nice one to be here this day to visit this little once and from there they know that people do care so much for them and that is why they do come with several gifts and items for them and the blessings from Above is there 100% and the Lord never for once turn his back against his children as they don the need full things as he do bless them.

PHOTO OF THE KIDS STANDING IN FRONT OF THE CHICKENS

This shows the kids and the chickens, they all are very happy to see us bringing to them chickens, the said it gives them joy because when they are eating and there is a chicken laps or any part, it makes there meal to be reach in looking and when the chicken gets finish they will be sad a little, Hahahaha, and they will be praying for the Lord to touch us from the Charity home to remember them and bring another chicken with other Orphanage supplies we do bring also and am always happy that we do put some smile on peoples face we don’t even know that much and the Lord also uses that means to also bless us for the great work, our caring and love for the kids and others in which we do reach out with.

PLACE WERE THEY ARE BEING KEPT

After all set and done, this is were the chickens are kept for now and that doesn’t mean they will be here through out, the will still take them all inside due to rain fall so they will not be beaten by rain or any harmful thing that will course death when they are not to.

PICKING OUT ONE TO BE KILLED

He was told to get one for them to killed and fast and add to the food they are about to prepare this afternoon-evening and i quickly grab that and take the short because they were very happy as they saw us bringing in chicken so it’s more or less like we came at the right hour, and here ends our visitation to come some other time.
