Ok so this is one of those deals that may not work for everyone… but worth checking out if you like Chuggington . First, not all Best Buy stores will take coupons ( no rhyme or reason as to which ones will or will not?) Second these are priced $9.99 but several people have reported that they are ringing up $4.99 at the register……. so that being said here is how Wheel N Deal Mama was able to get a Chuggington DVD only $.99 at her local Best Buy store.
