The holidays are right around the corner, which means there will be lots of social gatherings to attend. Many of them will be potluck which means I will need to bring a treat to share. My mother-in-law made these fantastic Cranberry Brie Bites last month, I was surprised to see that all my kids liked them and even asked for more. They are super easy to make, and a light refreshing recipe.
If your family is not into aged cheese you can use cream cheese or Laughing Cow Cheese instead. It has taken me awhile to get use to aged cheese, so no judgement here!
To make these slice up a fresh cucumber, add a piece of President Brie (or cream cheese, or Laughing Cow Cheese) top with a craisin. Easy as that, you have a healthy snack or the perfect finger food for a party!
