Ingard here, I have been watching a cooking show were the host (Chef Brad) shows how to use whole grain and he was using one of these Electric Pressure cookers. Not only did he brown the meat in the cooker but once the pressure was up his food cooked in 15-20 minutes or so. I have always been afraid of pressure cookers but this seems to take some of that worry out of the equation. Since this episode I have had my eyes out for them and this seems WONDERFULLY priced for a well-known brand.
