DIY Emoji party invitations, teen or tween party idea
I love making invitations for my kid’s birthday parties, but don’t want to take forever or spend a lot of money.
My daughter had a birthday and it was time to come up with something fitting for her.
You will need
Yellow cardstock or construction paper
markers, vinyl or paper in black, white, red
markers to write the party details on the back
scissors or a circle template cutter
I cut my circles in 4 inches and they seem to be perfect for a party invitation.
Begin by cutting your yellow cardstock into circles. I love this Martha Stewart circle cutter that I have had for years. You do need a self healing mat if you are going to use a cutter like this though.
Once you have your circles cut it is time to decorate them. Scraps of vinyl were used and I have the faces used if you are interested in them. I created them myself, so I don’t mind sharing. They were made on my trusty silhouette, so they are in that format, so shoot me a message or post in the comments if you are interested.
Just write your party information on the back and you are done. This would also be cute as a party banner, party coasters, so many options and they are so cute!
