DohVinci Color Mixer Review ~ Great gift for kids!

We are excited to team up with Hasbro and share some great toys with you. My girls were able to the review the DohVinci Color Mixer this weekend. We are huge Play-Doh fans at our house but this was using it, in a whole new way. They had so much fun creating color combos and be creative. This kit has lots of fun options inside. The color mixing station was easy to assemble you just pop the two pieces into place. We did have a bit of confusion as to how to get the plug out of the end of the empty tube so we could fill it with color. We ended up just sticking a skewer in the end to pop it out. But other than that assembly was easy.

After mixing your own colors you put the tube into the application styler. My girls loved mixing the colors and seeing what color combos came out. They decorated a picture frame,  the pattern sheets that come in the kit and also decorated a plastic bracelet they had. Once it drys it will stay put and make a great art piece. My girls gave this a HUGE thumbs up…

The only downside was when they  ran out of the color compound. It only came with 3 tubes which lasted my girls about 2 hours. If you are buying the DohVinci Color Mixer I would highly recommend you get the DohVinci Deco Pop Complete Refill Collection this set has 12 colors so that is hours of creative fun!
