This is the LOWEST price I have ever seen then, this is  for the big bag a package of 40 of them… makes them just pennies each!  The photo above is from my kids playing with them last night while we did a family campout.  My sister in law gave all the kids a finger light to run around and play with in the dark, they loved them and had a blast with them. Great low cost idea for family reunions, girls or boy scout camp, school carnivals or even non-food Halloween trick or treater ideas.
