Warning: if you see me in person or come to my home I WILL offer you vegetables, if you refuse I WILL sneak some into your purse or car when you are not looking. So it is best to just smile and nod, and take some of these darn veggies off my hands…lol.
Above and below are the photos of the produce we took to church on Sunday to give away. I am happy to report almost everything found a new home and we only had to bring home a few zucchini.
We have been blessed with an amazing garden and it is fun to be able to share it with others. You may remember the last two years our garden failed, but we were still blessed with tons of fresh and veggies thanks to the kindness of others. Now it is our turn to give back! We pick fromour garden almost every day, so not everything is pictured but I think you get the idea… that we have a lot! It is nice to not have to buy produce from the store this summer!
Right now our garden is producing:
- Green Beans
- Cherry Tomatoes
- Roma Tomatoes
- Beef steak tomatoes
- Banana Peppers
- Bell peppers
- Yellow Squash
- Swiss Chard
