I got this email from one of my readers, I loved it and wanted to share it with you. It brought up a great point that we all are trying to do the best we can. You may miss a few sales, but that is ok. There is always another good deal around the corner. Look how great she did!
My husband has been working out of town for over a month now and I started back to work full time about a month ago, so I am pretty much like a single mom right now. I haven’t had as much time to coupon and there have been deals that I’ve had to pass up just because I couldn’t get there, but I’ve still done really well.
Last month’s budget review 5/31 – 6/27: spent $221.00, saved $1631.33, total savings 88%.
This week I went to Albertsons (with both babies I might add) and after multiple transactions, double coupons, and a bunch of fussiness this is what I got (see photo above). Total spent after coupons – $11.50, total saved – $159.51 equaling a 93% savings.
