I just left Wal-Mart (I shop the clearance stuff on my lunch breaks) and found that in Ontario all the Valentine’s stuff is 75% off original prices. I bought 23 various packages of 9 inch plates and party napkins for .33 each. I saved $26.91 and only spent $7.59.
