ORPHANAGE SUPPLIES PROJECT, QUEEN ESTHER’S ORPHANAGE HOME. DONATION #16

Learn how you can be apart of helping people who are in need with our Chicken Orphanage Project or our A Thrifty Mom Bag of Rice Project . In 2016 we started helping a young man named Ikechukwu from Nigeria. Summer of 2019 we were able to visit his family in Aba, Nigeria. While there we saw widespread poverty and lack of basic needs. We also met a young man named Isaac, smart and hard working but could not find employment. After talking a bit we found he had built a chicken coop and wanted to farm chickens. We asked him if he would raise chickens for us that would then be donated to feed children in local orphanages. The only food or supplies they get are what are donated, so they often go without any source of protein. We would like to invite you to help meet one of those basic needs, by providing Nigerian families with rice or chickens. This gift will feed a large family for a few months, or a single person a year. It also reminds them they are loved, and brings most of them to tears… as a full bag of rice is one of the most generous gifts they will ever receive. You can also read about other families we have been able to bless here. Chickens are only available to purchase as once they are big enough to butcher, so if you see they are out of stock he is in the process or growing another flock. That is why we started the Orphanage donations so we can still help feed the orphans even if chickens are not yet ready. These donations go to purchase food, diapers, wipes, clothes and medications.

ON OUR ARRIVAL TO THE ORPHANAGE HOME

The following story talks about our visitation to QUEEN ESTHER’S OPHANAGEGE HOME, Babies supplies were donated, Thanks to Sabrina Jacobi, Lisa Marlow, Linda Honsvick, Beth Phillips And Joseph Callahan for your Generous Donations.

It was a nice day to be here after a short while, the kids were very happy seeing us as we came to pay them visit and all came to see what they can help us out by carrying some of the items we bought or brought for them all as shown in the photo above.

The kids clothes were washed outside by the time we came but not through yet with all of them because it’s been washed with Hands and not washing machine.

Laughs, so so funny of the little kid, she went and sat down after she carried one of the GOLDEN MORN, she is tired. They said she loves Golden Morn so much that’s why she only carried it and don’t want any other person to take it, so after everything we then get the items all been arranged in one place so as to take them a group photo with the items in front of them.

Here we go with the kids, the little baby refused coming out to take photo with them, as she was about to be carried by one of them, the little baby wanted to cry so we said she should be left alone so after the photo she can come take her Golden Morn back.

After all the kids sang a Praise and worship song before praying of which in one of the song was, Thank you my Lord, we are saying thank you Jesus, Thank you my Lord, for your goodness and your mercy, thank you my Lord, we are saying thank you Jesus, tank you my LORD. ETC and a word of prayer and we left.
