Readers Thrifty Pork Chop Recipe

pork-chops( this is not a photo of the recipe…I just got the image off of Google)

I have a thrifty recipe you might want to try some time…if your family likes pork chops!  (And since Albertsons has boneless pork chops on sale this week for 1.99/lb)

I use pork chops it would probably be good for chicken, too, though.

Four pork chops
-Brown both sides in fry pan
-Place in 9×13 for baking

-In small bowl, mix
1/4 c. kraft Sun Dried Tomato Salad Dressing
2 Tablespoons brown mustard or Grey Poupon

-Pour over Chops Bake @ 350 for  30-40 min (depending on thickness of chop)

I make it with a box of Stovetop Dressing and kid’s choice of veggie.  My husband thinks I slaved all day!

Thanks Shelly for this Thrifty Tip.
