Rebate on Snapple Ice Tea 6pk

There is a new mail in rebate form for Snapple Iced Tea 6pk. If you can’t find the peelie form you can also mail and index card with the following information:

Name

Address

Phone and/or Email

Flavor Purchase

Price Paid

Store Name

Plus you must send the original receipt dated between 5/1 – 7/7 and the original proof of purchase. The rebate is good for one 6pk of Snapple up to 6.99. Mail the index card with the info, the upc, and the receipt to:

You can mail in one per person in the household, just use different names on the index cards and you can mail them in the same envelope. Allow 6-8 weeks for your check to arrive.
