Our family started a new tradition where we find the “UGLIEST” Christmas sweater. We all bring a small present ($1-$5) and stuff it into a stocking on the way into the house. We vote after dinner and the winner gets the stocking with the random things filled in it. Its hilarious! The wierder the presents the better!
