Sixlets Candy Easter Bark ~ Easy Recipe
Easter snuck up on me this year… I can not believe it is almost here. This recipe is one of my favorite “last minute recipe” ideas. I always keep a brick of almond bark in my freezer just for this reason. You can add just about anything to it, and it is delicious! Some of my favorite things to mix in with it is pretzels, nuts of any kind, popcorn, sunflower seeds….. or you can just melt it and add some adorable candies on top. You can make it last minute or a few days before the party, just beware that it will be gobbled up quickly :).
Ingredients
- 24 oz. Almond Bark
- 1 ½ – 2 Cups Sixlets Candies (or more if desired)
Instructions
Melt the almond bark in a microwave safe bowl 50% power for 2 minutes, stir. Then 50% in 1 minute increments stirring after each until smooth. Pour into a 13×9 inch pan lined with parchment paper. Evenly distribute the Candies over the melted bark, press lightly to make sure they don’t fall out as easily when you break the bark. Let set at room temperature at least 1 hour. Gently break into desired size pieces working from the corners inward. Store in an airtight container.
