The great folks at Jif sent me some Jif Whips S’more flavor to try out. This light and fluffy spread is simply amazing! Not to sweet but makes my sweet tooth happy at the same time. It would be great on a sandwich or crackers but I decided to try it on apples. A great way to get my S’more fix with fewer Calories.
To make your very own S’more Apple you need:
- Jif Whips S’more
- Apples
- Bamboo Skewer
- Gram Cracker Crumbs
- Decorative straw (optional)
Crush a gram cracker, I did this by putting the cracker into a bag and rolling it with a rolling pin. Poor the crumbs into a bowl and set it aside for later. Stick the skewer into the center of the apple. Spread the Whips in an even layer all over the outside of the apple.
Set the covered apple into the bowl of crumbs. Roll it around a bit till the crumbs are half way up the apple. Put the straw over the skewer…. and ENJOY! Simple as that you have a tasty treat that is sure to make any S’more fan smile.
