Strawberry Buttercream Frosting Recipe:
Summer is the time for strawberries. We like strawberries on everything, and that includes our cupcakes and honey biscuits. To be honest, I have even been known to mix a small dollop of this strawberry frosting into my vanilla bean ice cream. Gone are the days of using store bought strawberry icing. Once you taste this strawberry frosting recipe, you will be hooked!
Here’s what you need:
3 cups 10x powdered sugar
1 cup unsalted butter (softened)

2. Add vanilla to your creamed butter.
3. Slowly add powdered sugar and salt and mix until you have a nice fluffy frosting.
4. Add your chopped strawberries (or puree) and continue mixing until the entire mixture is a pretty light pink.
