I love to make Mac and Cheese for my youngest. Her eyes always light up when I give them to her. But one thing that makes cooking it a little hard is the draining of the noodles. Sure I could break out my large silicone strainer that I set in the sink and pour everything into it. Then shake it out and pour the noodles back in the pot. Or I could use this clip on strainer. Since I use a plastic bowl up against the rim of the pot right now anyways, this way I don’t have to strain my wrist in a weird angle just to pour the water out.
