My mom taught me this little trick that is a winner: If you are making a casserole for the family, NEVER call it a casserole because it automatically turns people off. Make up some fancy name and they will eat it every time! For instance, when I make tuna casserole, I always call it cheesy noodles, I don’t even mention the word “tuna” or the kids won’t touch it! Try it, you’ll be surprised!

My mom taught me that when your shopping with kids you can secretly put back the more expensive things when they’re not looking. A good and friendly time to do this is when they’re in the fitting room, that way the department associate doesnt find clothing every where.
