Valentine’s Day Mailboxes~ Kids Gifts

Looking for an inexpensive, cute gift for your kids this Valentine’s day?  These are perfect!

The mailboxes are from the dollar spot at Target, but I am assuming they can be found at craft stores as well. Possibilities for filling these cuties are endless.  Some yummy Valentine’s day candy is always good, or add their favorite toys, craft supplies or some jewelry.  (I chose to add some Rainbow loom bands since they are HOT at my house right now!)

You will need:

small metal mailbox

stickers or vinyl to decorate mailbox

gift for the inside of the mailbox

If you don’t have a Silhouette like I used to cut my vinyl, you can still personalize these with some cute valentine’s stickers.  Or find some stickers of your child’s favorite character, color or activity.  Rhinestones would be great for a little girl’s mailbox as well.

Create a fully custom mailbox and fill it with all things that you love.  You are done!  These would be great for your littles to store small treasures in their rooms long after Valentine’s day is over.  Add some letter stickers to spell their name to the side, and there is no mistaking who’s box is whose!

how long ago did you get the mailboxes? I’m wondering if they are still there, maybe?
