Sausage dip~ low carb dip

Brown 1 pound sausage and drain. Mix sausage with 2 packages cream cheese (softened) Stir in 1 can rotel and there you have it. Serve with chips, crackers or veggies. I have even put some on a baked potato. This is a low carb dip.

I make this all the time, using just one cream cheese, but I think I'm going to try it with two!! Love it!!

This sounds very good. I have some homemade hot sausage in the freezer & now I know what to do with it besides making biscuits. Thanks for sharing!
