My favorite deal this week is Whole Boneless Pork Loin for only $1.88/lb. This is such a great cut of meat I use it in lots of recipes, it also freezes really well. I will often stock up at this price and keep a few in the freezer. If you like pork chops then here is a thrifty tip, this is the same cut of meat they use to cut the chops. BUT if you buy chops they are $3.49 a lb right now. SO to save yourself some money, grab a Whole Boneless Pork Loin take it to the butcher right there in your Albertsons and ask them to cut it up into chops for you…. they will do it for FREE! There is an orange sticker right on the package telling you they will do it:).
