June 100
4 large (6 medium) Russet potatoes
6 slices of bacon
2 stalks of celery
3 green onions, thinly sliced
1 Tbs dried dill
1 cup Buttermilk Ranch Dressing
Wash and scrub potatoes. Fill a large pot with cold water. Cut potatoes into 3/4 inch pieces and place in water as you go. Boil potatoes for 8 – 10 minutes – until a fork easily goes in and out (do not overcook them!)
While potatoes are cooking, slice green onions, cut celery into 1/4 inch pieces, cook and crumble bacon. Add these ingredients to the bottom of a large mixing bowl. Add the dill and salad dressing. Mix well.
When potatoes are done, drain and rinse them under cold water for a couple minutes. Add the potatoes to the bowl with the dressing and toss. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving

Serves 4

I was told that in 6/21/2009 Sunday insert there is to be another KRAFT salad dressing coupon for $1.00 off 1 bottle. If you use it at Albertson's & they have their doublers your salad dressing could be FREE!

It was just broadcasted on CNN that Nestle is voluntarily recalling all its Nestle Toll House prepaded refridgetated toll house cookie dough for possible E. coli contamination. This might be something that we all should keep on top of and not use any of this cookie dough until we know if it can still be used or needs to be thrown out. I say better safe than sorry!

My niece made a salad similar to the Poppyseed apple slaw the other night. She added cooked/shredded chicken and used brocolli slaw instead of coleslaw and it was VERY good. I think I will have to make it now for myself. Thanks for sharing!
