Becky Sue Buns- Ham and Cheese recipe

Thanks to My Crazy Bliss  for passing along this recipe for Becky Sue Buns.  This recipe looks so simple yet yummy.  I wonder if you can freeze these after they have cooked…  Kind of like a home made hot pocket.  If you would like to be a featured guest post on Look What I Made, watch for our weekly post each Tuesday called A Thrifty online craft fair, link up and you may be selected for our weekly feature post.

First, roll out some Texas sized frozen rolls

Then, for the filling, you can put in a combination of ham and cheddar cheese or turkey with cream cheese (or visa verse). If you want, you can use swiss cheese. Roll up to pieces of meat with the cheese of your choice.

Then, pinch the sides and ends together. You will need to either mark the buns with what’s inside or keep track on a sheet of paper how they are laid out on the cookie sheet. One way that worked for us was to initial them like HC- for ham and cheddar. Bake to the frozen rolls directions.
