CHICKEN PROJECT #1035-1054 QUEEN ESTHER’S ORPHANAGE HOME.

Learn how you can be apart of helping people who are in need with our Chicken Orphanage Project or our A Thrifty Mom Bag of Rice Project . In 2016 we started helping a young man named Ikechukwu from Nigeria. Summer of 2019 we were able to visit his family in Aba, Nigeria. While there we saw widespread poverty and lack of basic needs. We also met a young man named Isaac, smart and hard working but could not find employment. After talking a bit we found he had built a chicken coop and wanted to farm chickens. We asked him if he would raise chickens for us that would then be donated to feed children in local orphanages. The only food or supplies they get are what are donated, so they often go without any source of protein. We would like to invite you to help meet one of those basic needs, by providing Nigerian families with rice or chickens. This gift will feed a large family for a few months, or a single person a year. It also reminds them they are loved, and brings most of them to tears… as a full bag of rice is one of the most generous gifts they will ever receive. You can also read about other families we have been able to bless here. Chickens are only available to purchase as once they are big enough to butcher, so if you see they are out of stock he is in the process or growing another flock.

The following story talks about our visitation to the Queen Esthers Orphanage Home. chickens were donated, thanks to Dionna Hunger Plywacz Reeg Plumbing, Kaili Falwell, Lisa Marlow Teton technical services, James and Nancy Aydelotte family, Kim Herron, Virginia Hoffman and Kelly Smith. We donated Twenty (20) chickens. Thanks to generous donations.

It’s indeed a great day to pay visit to this wonderful children of our heavenly father, our visitation to them brought joy into their faces even as they all can not much express themselves but there nursen mother’s did that as they were wondering why haven’t we come for a long time now, or is it that we have forgoten the kids?

We made them to understand that we did not forget them but it’s due to some circumstances as regarding the economy, but we did not forget them and we Love and care for them like others do and we pray as time goes on we will keep on coming to pay them visit.

On our getting to this first place because here happen to be our first trip, we lost four (4) chickens along the way before getting to this place, we asked them if they will accept the dead once too because not all people do accept that, they said yes so i asked for one of there kitchen knife so i can help out to cut the troth as to release some blood out , they will have to prepare it for the kids and them to as to have some solid meal and more of it which will take then all through the month even to extend to December if possible.

We have some new faces or new kids while some of the old once where been adopted by some parents, so we have to make new friends from our next visit, the kids are all lovely kids and wonderful.
