Just thought I would let you know about my experience with Gevalia coffee today. Several weeks ago I read on your website that you could get 3 packs of Gevalia coffee for free; just pay $3 for shipping, so I took advantage of it. Today I was charged $33.75 on my credit card for coffee I didn’t think I had ordered. Come to find out, I inadvertently signed up for their coffee club when I made the purchase. I guess I need to read the fine print next time. I thought you might want to pass this on just in case someone else did the same thing. Maybe they can cancel before they are charged. The good news….I called the company and they said they would credit my account and I could keep the coffee when it arrives. Talk about excellent customer service.
