Canning jar
Twine
Football field banner (Sold for $1 a roll at Dollar Tree)
Football wood plaque (.50 at Michael’s Craft store or Hobby Lobby)
Scissors
Hot glue, glue gun

1. Begin by wrapping the field banner around your jar. Pull it tightly and snip it to fit. Secure to the jar with a dab of glue.
2. Add a generous amount of hot glue to the back of your football. Press it to the front of the jar and hold in place until secure and in place.
3. Finish off the jar by tying a piece of twine around the mouth. You can also use green or brown ribbon if you wish.To use your football treat jar, simply fill it up with treats. You can also add flowers if you wish, game flags, straws, or anything else you feel fits the theme.
