Two weeks ago I started the 14 day slim down diet plan in this month’s All You Mag. As I was searching on the internet for good low cal meal ideas I came across livestrong.com and found a free meal and calorie tracker. It is completely free! All you have to do is type in your age, weight and how much you want to loose a week and it tells you how many calories you need to consume a day. Then it will track them for you. All you have to do is type in that you had 2 cups of a certain cereal and how much milk and it knows how many calories that adds up to be. Anyways, I’ve lost 5 pounds these past 2 weeks and I do not feel hungry nor have I been deprived of chocolate!
